Party statement ruffle dress in hot orange and golden floral pattern with cooling tropical blue print, golden sands and summer breezes, this dress has it all going on! Style with large shades and that statement necklace, all you need is a party to go! Deep V neckline with a double breasted button fastening at the front and to the waist. Ruffle detail to the neck. Soft contrasting blue belt tie attached at the waist.  From the fitted waist the skirt is cut A line to the hem and is open to the front hip.  Three quarter sleeves with a flared cuff and ruffle detail. Soft, floaty and fully lined in camel.
