Large rounded collar with embroidery detail and a scalloped edge in contrasting black. Casual fit body. Short puff sleeves with pleats  to the shoulder with net inside to fluff up the sleeve.  cut out floral detail to the sleeve side cuff and a scolloped edge. Summer perfect!
