Pretty fringes lace blouse with fabulous balloon sleeves creating a dramatic look! Summer perfect for that special occasion.  Style up or down this will soon become a wardrobe staple! Scoop round neck with a lace collar and pearl effect button through front. Under chiffon gathered collar. Crepe de chine blouse with an over chiffon sleeve gathered at the shoulder and pleated into a lace cuff. Casual fit with an over lace body and lace fringe detail to the hem.
