1990's Polkadot Ruffle Blouse

Flimsy pretty ruffle blouse in cream georgette with tiny polkadot print.  Single tie front the blouse is shaped from the front to the back and darted to fit.  Ruffle frills cascade around the neck, front and hem. Half fitted sleeves have a frill detailed cuff. Love this, Perfect for wearing as a over jacket on hot summer evenings. Really pretty ballet style blouse.
