70's style 90's velvet shirt with over tie velvet waistcoat. Rocker shirt will look fab styled with flared jeans and chunky boots or sandals, great colour combo for autum as the days go cooler! Large fold back collar with a button through front with opening to the front.  Long sleeves gathered into a buttoned contrasting cuff. Front attached waistcoat patchwork ties in velvet, plain back.  Unlined soft fabric. Unique look and rare!
