Cute black floral printed dress with frill detail to the neck.  Pretty cut dress with flare and movement, its a great look!  Style up with a Waiste Vintage Cardigan and chunky sandals.  Cross over front body with a V neckline and press stud fastening. Frill collar detail to the neck. Fitted at the waist the skirt is cut to flare to the hemline.  Short sleeves, the skirt is lined in black.
