French inspired country peasant embroidered blouse in white with fabulous detailed embroidery. chic little top to wear with full cotton gauze skirt. sandals, shades and a picnic to go!  Wide scoop neckline with raglan puff sleeves.  Embroidered detail to the neck with gathers. Heavy floral embroidery band detail to the front and back of the top and across the sleeves. Shirred embroidery cuff. Straight fit body with a drawstring to the waist.
