Chic pretty black and white printed blouse with black edge detail to the finish.  V shaped neckline with a button stand fastening with black buttons to the front. Ruffle frill detail to the neck and front.  Elasticated waistline with a shaped peplum to the hip.  The blouse is gathered to the front and back yolk. Sleeves are gathered into a buttoned cuff.
